Chapatama Ngaba is a Partner of the Firm with extensive experience in commercial law, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory services. Admitted to the Bar in 2015, he brings a strategic and analytical approach to complex legal, regulatory, and transactional matters.

Career Background

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Ngaba served as Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal Department at the Water Resources Management Authority, where he advised on statutory compliance, litigation, and legislative drafting. He has also held positions at Corpus Legal Practitioners and Isaac and Partners, building a broad commercial practice across multiple sectors.

His experience spans contentious and non-contentious matters — from commercial litigation before the courts to complex transactional work involving M&A, structured finance, and regulatory negotiations.
