Milingo Lungu is the Managing Partner of Lungu Ngaba & Company Legal Practitioners and a senior legal practitioner admitted to the Zambian Bar in 2005. He advises on corporate, regulatory, litigation, conveyancing, legal drafting, debt recovery, and company secretarial matters, bringing significant experience across both private practice and public-sector legal service.
Career Background
Mr. Lungu's professional background includes service as Legal Manager at the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA), where he advised on the full range of regulatory and corporate legal matters arising in the ICT sector. Earlier in his career he held roles within the Ministry of Justice, including the Legal Aid Department, civil litigation, debt collection, and the Prerogative of Mercy.
He has served as a Board member of the National Road Fund Agency and as Board Chairperson of Zambia Airports Corporation Limited. These board-level positions have given Mr. Lungu a distinctive perspective on corporate governance and the legal obligations of public bodies — a perspective he brings directly to his corporate advisory work at the Firm.
